I like the colour scheme of peach and navy, as the navy matches her clothes and the peach matches the building in the background. The font is simple and consistent and you made the image work by making the magazine a 'college fashion week' magazine, as the picture doesn't have a plain background.
I really like your colour scheme because it compliments the model. I also like how the masthead is behind the model because it makes your front cover look professional. Improvements: Your picture is pixellated because you zoomed in so you could have taken mid-shot photo.
There is a good colour scheme but the colours contrast each other. Since one colour is dark and one colour is light, however they both link well with the image. You did well in removing bits of the masthead to make it look like she is standing in front of it. You have a spelling error for the date btw and you could have included the price. You could have created a skyline and placed the cover lines better and included a puff. Overall, it's a good cover page :)
The colour scheme is effective, the photography could have been of better quality as it looks a bit blurry. The cover stories could have been better aligned and the side of the font could have been more consistent.
